Connie Kratovil-Lavelle, Executive Director of the Collaborative Law and Justice Center, supports pilot project development for the Child’s Voice Project, and supports administrative and technical assistance. She holds two law degrees, earning her JD from University of Baltimore School of Law and LLM from Georgetown University Law Center, and has decades of experience in child welfare, family law, domestic violence, and collaborative law.
